How do you pick the photos?
Every photo gets scored on your phone, sharp, smiling, well-framed, not a duplicate. Once you agree in the app, copies of the shortlist are sent to our AI partner (Anthropic) to fine-tune the order, layout and captions. You can swap any of them before you order.
Do I have to design the book?
No. We lay it out for you. If you want to tweak the cover or move a photo around, you can.
Can I see the book before it ships?
Yes. You review the book in the app before it is printed and can swap photos, change the cover or edit captions. Nothing ships without your say-so unless you switch on Auto-ship, which sends a book once its review window has ended and you next open the app.
Do I need a subscription?
No. All seven sizes can be bought one at a time, from $22, with shipping included. Longer books cost a little more. A plan only makes it automatic: one softcover every season, with longer books at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In the app, open Me and tap Manage plan; we email you a billing link where you can cancel. A plan renews automatically until you cancel, and billing runs through Stripe rather than the App Store.
Is it really safe with my photos?
We never sell your photos. Scoring happens on your phone. If you agree in the app, copies of a small shortlist of keepers go to our AI partner (Anthropic) to fine-tune the layout and captions, and the finished pages go to our print partner. The privacy policy has the details.
