We’re a small, distributed team. There’s no walk-in front desk, but we read every email. Books are printed and shipped through Gelato, our print-on-demand partner, so your book is made close to you rather than in one central facility.
Reply times
- Most emails get a reply within 1 business day.
- Damaged-on-arrival reports are prioritized and usually answered the same day.
- We’re closed Saturdays and Sundays, but watching for emergencies.
