The seasonal calendar

We print on a seasonal schedule, not on demand-per-photo, so we can keep the price steady and the books consistent. Here’s the rough rhythm we’re planning at launch:

• Spring book, covers Mar–May, ships early June.
• Summer book, covers Jun–Aug, ships early September.
• Fall book, covers Sep–Nov, ships early December.
• Winter book, covers Dec–Feb, ships early March.

What if it’s damaged?

Things happen. If a book arrives bent, scuffed, or otherwise not what we’d be proud to send, email help@remembr.cowith a photo. We’ll re-print and re-ship through our partner, and you keep the original.

What if I’m moving?

Update your address before the next preview locks. If life is chaotic, you can also skipthe next season from the app, your reservation stays put, and nothing’s charged.

International (soon)

We’re US-first because Gelato’s US production is the closest match for our format today. As production rolls out for our book size in other regions, we’ll open shipping there next. If you want to be first on the list, tell us where you are.
